Grupa Times Three została utworzona specjalnie z myślą wzięcia udziału w maltańskich preselekcjach w 1999 roku. W jej skład wchodziły Philippa Farrugia Randon, Diane Stafrace i Francesca Tabone. Utwór Believe 'n peace stworzyli Christopher Scicluna i Moira Stafrace, czyli znany z Eurowizji '94 duet Chris & Moira. Należąca do zespołu Diane jest siostrą Moiry. Piosenka wygrała preselekcje, pokonując utwory w wykonaniu m.in. Fabrizio Faniello, Claudette Pace, Georginy, Paula Giordimainy czy Olivii Lewis. W Jerozolimie Malta zdobyła 32 punkty i zajęła 15. miejsce. Zespół rozwiązał się wkrótce po Konkursie. Philippa sporadycznie występowała w maltańskiej telewizji, zaś Diane poświęciła się karierze modelki.
